Recruitment Process

Employees are our asset. We assess all the candidates on standardized unbiased recruitment criteria to ensure that all employees meet the Caliber of expertise we strive to maintain.
The recruitment process can vary depending on the nature of the role and responsibilities involved. Below process can be used as a guideline, based on a typical candidate journey.
Our recruitment team will provide information and answer any questions you may have at any stage of recruitment.
 

Applications

All applications and CV submissions including copies of all certificates must be submitted through the career portal application. If you cannot see an immediate opening that suits your skills, you can also register your profile with us to be notified of suitable vacancies as they are posted.
In some instances, a TISE recruiter or representative may contact you directly, based on your publicly available profile like LinkedIn.
  CV Submission & Initial Application Review
Read the job description carefully, to ensure that you meet the minimum requirements for the role and responsibilities you are applying for, and tailor your application to best showcase your expertise in line with the role and skills described.
Once your application is received through the online portal, our recruitment team will review your profile and assess your capabilities in line with the job requirements.
In normal circumstances, our sourcing team will require 6 - 8 weeks to review the applications, following the job listing closing date.
  Phone Interview
If your application is identified as a potential match, one of our recruitment team member will contact you to discuss about the role involves and understand more about your background.
If your application is shortlisted, a member of our recruitment team will contact you to arrange a video or phone conference..
We receive a large volume of applications however if your application wasn’t successful for the job you applied for, our team recommends you to apply for another role that matches your qualification and experience or we will keep your profile registered in our Talent pool to contact you for future opportunities.
  Skill Assessment
Depending on the position, you applied our recruitment team will ask you to participate in a psychometric assessment before the final interview based on the role and responsibilities.
  Final Interview
The final stage will be usually face-to-face, but in some circumstances via video-conferencing. This will include a general discussion and a more in-depth assessment.
At this stage, the recruitment team may include a subject matter expert, in addition to the talent acquisition representative and hiring manager.
  Health Assessment
As part of the recruitment process, a health assessment is mandatory to work with TISE Consultant. Hence, a health assessment report shall be submitted from one of the hospitals referred by us.
  Final Stage
If you have been successfully selected – Congratulations!
Your talent acquisition focal point will contact you to discuss the offer. If you accept, the TISE recruitment team will issue an offer letter for your signature and will begin the onboarding process.
  • • The team will provide information and answer any questions you may have.
  • • You will be asked to submit your identification and educational documents including any experience certificates.
  • • Prior to joining, you will be put in contact with your line manager to ensure your first day as part of the TISE family goes smoothly.
